Question In-Game Flickering screen

i have black lines flickering on my screen when gaming, i tried to format my pc but doenst work as well, and it happens on all games i have.
My pc has 2 months

My PC:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
Memory (Ram): 16GB
Graphics Card: Asus Radeon RX 570 strix ( not OC )
Motherboard: Gigabyte 450 Gaming X
SSD: 240GB
HDD: 1TB
PSU: Seasonic Modular M12II 620W Evo Edition

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
exact model of the ram?

yes i reinstalled
cpu temp- 64c cpu usage- 28%
gpu temp 78c gpu usage - 89%
tested on cs go higher definition
G.Skill Kit 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3000MHz Aegis CL16
