In-game (no load screen) RAID performance.

Hello and happy holidays! I have been researching about raid setups. I read that raid 0 has increased performance. I'm currently building a gaming rig and was wondering if any raid set up boosts in-game performance. I read that raid setups do increase game performance but don't say how. I figured that with a raid setup, loading time between levels will decrease. I'm not worried about load time and game booting as I have the patience for that. What I'm curious about, is if any RAID set up increase the smoothness of game-play? Thanks for reading! I will continue doing reasearch.

You are right, it helps load times. It will not help frame rates. That money is better spent on graphics cards and processors.
