Question In integrated GPU stopped showing a picture?

Bought it a mere few months ago, just moved house and upon arrival it does not work

I have tried with and without a GPU, multiple monitors and cables/types of cables with no luck.

Discrete graphics card usually disables integrated GPU.
Also some cpus doesn't have integrated GPU at all and video outputs on motherboard can not be used then.

Sorry for the lateness, rough time in life atm, thank you for the help.

Mobo: Gigabyte a320m-s2h
PSU: Thermaltake 450w LT-450NL2NK
Ram: TEAM ELITE 16GB ( 1 X 16) DDR4 3200mz
GPU: phantom gdr rx570 4g
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G

I had the computer running since purchase on the iGPU its only after moving and attempting to add a GPU that both dedicated and non-dedicated options are not working, it doesn't seem to actually start up, no beep etc, I believe its just the fans spinning its almost like it thinks my CPU is not compatible with the BIOS yet I got the 3000 ready mobo and have had it working out of the box for a few months.

recheck all the cable? could be something gotten loose
