in low power supply adding extra ram will bottleneck my pc

planned to buy 4gb ram .i like to know that my pc will be bottleneck due to power supply problem
my pc config is
intel core2 deo e5700 @3ghz
ram 2gb umax @1333Mhz
psu zebronics zeb-450w
GPU:sapphire amd r7 240 1gb gddr5
mobo:gigabyte g41m combo
hard disk seagate 500gb

That's not the greatest psu 😛 (being very nice),but adding ram shouldn't matter.

You might have problems because of different sticks,but you'll only find out by trying.
