in my phone wifi connected but not search network . tell me now

In my mobile htc first . Me wifi on .but not search any network . While an other mobiles search network and use wifi . So tell me now fastly

If this wireless networks has an agreement screen you must go thru then bring up your browser and try to navigate to any webpage to bring it up. This may take a few attempts. If it still doesnt bring it up, install another browser and try that one. Here where I work our agreement process doesnt work on my 'stock' android browser but works fine on firefox & chrome.
