Hi, I'd like to be able to play Monster Hunter World in at least high settings and in order to do so I suspect that I'm going to need an upgrade (of my gpu for sure). Here are my specs:
Windows 10 64 bit
CPU : Intel Core i5 4460 @3.2 GHz
RAM ; 8 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 789MHz
Motherboard : ASUSTeK B85M-G (SOCKET 1150)
GPU : 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Storage : -465GB Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB (SATA (SSD))
-931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZRX-00D8PB0 (SATA ) [used for photos, videos and such]
Monitor: Samsung S22A300B LED Full HD (1080p) 22"
PSU : Corsair vs550 550W, active PFC, 80 plus
Budget I'd say 300€

Right now the Sapphire Pulse RX 570 4GB is $119.99 from NewEgg with free shipping. While an RX 580 or RX 590 would perform better, it's really hard to bead the price/performance of that Sapphire Pulse.

Since you're looking specifically to play Monster Hunter World, and, as @ryzengamer pointed out, the RX 570 is the card that meets the recommended specs for that game, it seems like the way to go.

That Corsair VS series PSU though is extremely concerning. I'd get a better quality unit than that, along with the new video card.

To match the CPU you can go higher than a 570, RX 580 is a good 1080 resolution card and is under 200. You can go higher than that if you want to play more demanding games, or higher resolution with your budget. nVidia 1660 Ti is about 25% - 30% faster than the 580.
