[SOLVED] In need of a better graphics card

Hello everyone, I am in need of some help
My friend and I are not very experienced in component building
Anyways he is selling his GeForce GT 710 for a better graphics card
His current specs are:

Solution
Gt1030 runs on the PCIe slot (no cables), 30w total. PCIe slot usually provides 75w. Your house and those in it will live 😊

Four pin, he probably means molex as they are four pin. If so, wouldn't bother risking adapters. Doesn't seem like the current PSU is up to task for graphics cards needing PCIe cables (6 or 8pins) but there are cards that don't need them and powered by the slot. GTX 1050 or 1650 would be good upgrade over the 710.
