in need of a new psu because system freezes, what should i get?

i currently have : Enermax ENG650AGT 650W

reason for changing is because some of the games i play i am losing connection to,
my computer would freeze for a short time. when it comes back looking at task manager it boosts up to 100% then settles back down over time.

i would disconnect from some games i play alot, it is not my internet i know that much, and it happens randomly. some days are fine then all of a sudden it starts again.
i am overclocking and my overclock is stable, memory tests,stress tests for memory, gpu and cpu are all fine.

before i go and spend $200 on a new psu
i would like to get help to find out exactly what is causing this
i can hear a high pitch buzz coming from the psu as well if that would mean anything. ( only when i put my ear right next to it )


out of the three below what should i get ?
FSP Group Aurum CM 750W
FSP Group Aurum CM 650W
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W

Supernova g2 definitely, however I would say go for the 650W version. It's enough to power any single GPU out there right now and in the future.

im planning on getting a new gpu later on too, and possibly two to run in sli if the one i choose to get can not run what i would like it to.
would a 750w be the better choice in the chance i decide to run in sli ?

If you want SLI you usually go for 850W, but trust me you don't want SLI. One GPU is better so for one go for 650W but if you want the upgrade path open, go for 850W.
