In Need of a New PSU! (Invest in 80+ Gold or Bronze?)

I've been noticing some things while I'm using my current power supply that's been ticking me off lately. Just randomly restarts, and I made sure I turned off automatic windows updates.

Here's my build:
CPU: AMD A8-6600K
GPU: GeForce 1050 Ti
Case: Aerocool Strike-X One
Motherboard: A88X-G45 Gaming
Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2-600W
Storage: 240 GB SSD and 200 GB HD, with External Hard Drive (500 GB)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x4 (8 GB) DDR3

I'm planning to get a SeaSonic PSU, but I'm kinda sketchy since the one I'm getting (the S12II 520W) has great reviews on JonnyGuru, but then newegg has reviews that say the psu dies in a few days.

Should I buy the Bronze one now, or invest in getting one of the SeaSonic Focus PSUs?

the seasonic units are one of the better units to buy on the market. with online reviews got take them with a grain of salt as some of them are new builds that fry a few parts. the model your looking into is better then the older one you have. if you look on toms hardware power supply tier list you see the 520 is better unit then the old one. the old 520 is an older analog uniot that been around a bit. the newer focus is there updated digital unit. myself i try and get a unit that in the 50-60 price range. one that uses higher end jap caps. the lower you go in cost the more the power supply vendor has to cut back on good parts. a lot of the low end units use china caps. units over bronse most time use better parts to get the power saving rating there listed for. if you dont need to save money buy a good bronze unit with a good warranty. a good unit should last you years if it sized right.
