I've been playing CSGO for a few months, and I'd say I'm relatively good for a person who has no headset, plays on a 60hz TV, and a mousepad smaller than my palm. The next few things I'm looking for are a mousepad (Already found) and a new headset. I'm looking at these two, but I'm not sure which will suit me better. Obviously for anyone who has played CS, directional sound is a must. Any opinions/Recomendations?

M100 and any other headphones with virtual surrounds (with only 2 physical speakers) perform more or less the same in term of sound direction.
The surround effects on those headphones are only software simulated.

I am not a CS:GO player but I use M100 for Crysis 2+3, ME2+3 and BF3. It is quite good.
Due to the better sound quality, it sounds a lot better than e.g. Logitech G35. I had it and threw G35 away already long ago..it sounds like sh*t...

umm...just really pay a good attention to the comfort stuff, I am not the only one who find M100 to be uncomfortable.
There are plenty of reviews in internet and comfort is the main Con on M100.
I will comment M100, because I have it since summer 2013.
V-Moda M100 is awesome. It is super robust (virtually near indestructible), sounds incredibly good, can be folded in a very compact form and looks cool as streetwear.
I am using M100 also for games, combined with ASUS XONAR Essence STXII.

It is however having comfort issues and quite expensive.
If you wear very often for more than 2 hours without stop, I would not get V-Moda M100.

Seeings how you own a pair, I would lean towards your opinion a little more. 1 Question. Is comfortability the only Con you would have with this headset? I'm really looking to buy it, and if that's the only con, then I might just take that risk and get it. 😛

I can live with the Cons of M100.
I use M100 mainly during daily commuting which take only about 1 hour max or on PC at night about 2 hours max, my usual Logitech Z623 is not meant to be used during the night without disturbing someone.

For long travels like on train or on plane, I have Bose QC15. This one is very comfortable. It does not sound as good as M100 but the ANC is awesome.

If you sit more than 2 hours using M100, this is an issue and I really would not get it.
But my head is quite big and a bit not normal for the majority, perhaps this was the reason why M100 is not comfortable enough for me.
It is worth the shot if you can send it back let say within 2 weeks or so.
There is not many headphones with M100's build quality.

Have you played pc games with the m100 (CSGO)? If so what are your opinions? If they are good enough in-game, I will consider purchasing them.

I had high hopes until I clicked the link and seen the price D: lol I'm looking for something around 200-250

Sry! :S i just wanted to give you another option in case you were interested !

Thanks mate! I looked at the reviews on amazon, and they have a 4.5 out of 5 stars with 1,347 reviewers. Most of them appear to be amazing with atleast 4 stars on every review. I think I will purchase the M100 from V-Moda's website and get them custom made. I'll try them out, and if I like them I'll keep 'em 😀

P.S. Do you need an amp with the M-100s? If so could you recommend one?

V-Moda M100 sounds good and has 32 Ohm impedance.
32 Ohm is near at the upper limit for normal on-board soundcard to properly drive.

so...
Yes, V-Moda M100 could use a good headphone amplifier.
I am using ASUS XONAR Essence STX2 with my M100 and it sounds quite awesome.
There are also other good soundcards for mid to high-end headphones.
It does not have to be internal (I wanted an internal device) and it does not have to be the one I have.

Is an amp required to use them? or is it just recommended?
