In Need of GPU Advice

I built my computer last March, and I now need a GPU for it. I don't have a dedicated GPU right now, just the one tied into my CPU. I'm on a budget of around $300-$350 (ballpark) and I plan to use it primarily for gaming (preferably on medium high settings with no lag.) I have checked other threads but to be honest I'm not crazy experienced, so I'm not confident in doing it myself. I currently have:

A 970 for ~$350 would be a great choice. If you're running 1080p, you should be able to max out almost any game for quite a while with a 970.

LIES the fx 8350 does not have an integrated gpu unless ur motherboard has one if you dont plan on overclocking you can get any single gpu outhere with your power supply albeit at close to maximum load as shown by oc3d

what is your budget for around 120 dollars you can get a r7 260x that plays game at medium to high settings at 1080p
for around 180 USD you can get a r9 270x that will plays most games on ultra and a couple on high at 1080p
for around 250 you can get a r9 285 which will play pretty much all games at ultra but with 2 gigs of ram you might have to lower some textures cause of the new consoles and for 320 dollars the new 970 will be your best choice and at 1080p card will max out all games for a couple of years (unless you use the super resolution scaling thing which renders your games at 4k and downscales it to your monitor's native resolution)
