In need of help choosing a case

I have been looking for some time at cases for a first time build. I need one that would fit a R9 290X GPU in it, and would prefer if it was a smaller case, i was looking at desktop cases, but mid towers are still an option. I was looking at a price range of around ~100 USD for the case. I am not picky about much else, other than that i would want one that has an external 5.25" bay. Any help would be appreciated. ( The GPU I was looking at was 295mm)

Sorry if the reply looks odd, i am new to using the replies and such on Tom's hardware. I am definitely interested in the SPEC-03, It doesnt have the best looks but I could fit a lot more in it than other cases i was looking at, and its only 12 lb.

Interestingly enough, that is what i have been using to find parts for the computer since i started looking. It makes it a lot easier
