Question In need of help PC won't turn on after changing setting in BIOS

Hello yesterday I went to purchase a used gpu. went to install it into my pc, booted up the system and gave me an error cpu fan not detected, went into bios made no changes except for dram speed from auto to 3200mhz, Clicked Exit save and reboot. Waited for a good minute or two but the pc did not reboot. So I went and tried to manually reboot it (pressing power button) Nothing happend... So I went to turn off the psu and unplugged it for about 30 seconds nothing. Same thing happened power button did not do anything. I tried resetting the CMOS by pressing the button also removing the battery on my mother board(Asus ROG MAXIMUS HERO XI Z390) . If you could help me out with this situation that would be great. Hi just tried that. Same thing power button does not work. I tried using a screw driver to touch the pins of the power button but nothing happens aswell
