hello! thank you for taking the time to read this. I recently bought a prebuilt pc and I have some questions.
my specs:
rx 580 4gb
r5 2400g
8gb ddr4 sdram
random hdd
random mobo
random psu
(random stuff is all no name cause prebuilt)
(link if i missed anything - https://www.amazon.com/HP-Pavilion-...t=&hvlocphy=9032762&hvtargid=pla-570480402210 )

I use radeon chill to try to keep my temps good, but I still get around 60-70 c. is that bad???? :(
also I stutter SO MUCH in fortnite and only fortnite, my frames go down to 10 and my soul cries ..
occasionally my desktop stuff takes a while to load and glitches out (chrome discord etc) is that normal?
also what is 3d mark and how does the scoring work?
HOW DO I CHECK IF I HAVE THE CORRECT DRIVERS INSTALLED ALSO rADEON RELIVE DOESNT SHOW UP ON MY SOFTWARE

Solution
• Yes, 70°C is good. On a GPU, it is sometimes normal for temps to reach 85°C.
• To attempt to fix FPS, try to uninstall and reinstall your video drivers. To do this, click start and type Control Panel. Open the control panel, and choose uninstall a program. Now, look for all AMD programs/drivers and uninstall them. Then, head over to https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580 and download them, then install them. Restart the PC and see if this fixes it. Also, make sure the video cable is connected to the graphics card and not the motherboard.
• You can get 3D Mark Basic for free from Steam. It checks is like a test for your system. I believe you can Google the scores for...
