Im on windows 8.1 and I have 3 SSD and 2 HDD installed. When I go to Optimize Drives, it shows that only C drive is SSD when it should be C, E, and G. Im not sure if this will cause any problems but how do I change it to SSD? I believe this problem is due to the fact that the SSD in E and G is plugged into Marvell SE9120 SATA chipset while C is plugged into the intel z68 chipset.

My mobo is Z68 Extreme4 Gen3

If your system is working leave it working. One of the more fun ways to break a system is trying to fix an issue that is not really an issue. Are you having issues with the other 2 SSDs? Also you don't want to be running a defrag or anything on the SSDs.
