Question In ryzen Generation and motherboard, Can i use All PCI slots with Atlon 200GE?

okay, my question is:
Can i use all the PCi slots of a motherboard (for example: asus x470 prime with 6 PCI ports + 2 M.2) With a low cost CPU (Atlon 200GE for example)?

all the 6 slots will work
but the bandwidth will be split
i.. think it has 16 pcie lanes but i couldnt confirm that
if it does, youll probably be able to put a m.2 ssd, and a high end gpu and pin both to 100% at the same time without any bottlenecks but... idk about more tho

all the slots will be functional

Because, i want to assemble a pc for mining cryptocurrency, i know the Althon 200GE is one of the low wattage Cpu of ryzen family, but I don't know if I can use all PCI lines for plug enough GPU's
