In search of some help with fans!

To get everything summed up.

My case is a Corsair Carbide Air 540 and i need some new cooling fans, in this "case", nice huh?, i need 4 new fans and i have through other threads found some examples which i want to find out if they are worth it:

EK-WB Vardar F2-120 (1450rpm)
Noiseblocker NB-eLoop B12-PS
Corsair AF120 QE and Corsair SP120 QE
Bequiet Silentwings 2 and Bequiet Pure wings PWM

Im going to need 3x120mm fans as intake in the front and 1x120mm as exhaust on my single rad in the back
I would like to hear suggestions, the Fans have to be silent or at least quiet.
They must be 4pin PWM

EK Vardars are great, Right on point with the Nidec Servo Gentle Typhoons.
Skip the Be Quiet Fans.
If you need something cheaper go with the Fractal Venturi, Cougar Fans, or Corsair Fans.
