In the market for an All-in-one PC?

Hey guys,
I'm in the market for an all in one pc (not for myself) and yes it HAS to be an all in one. It needs to be 27" and will not encounter anything very taxing (so I don't need a 4960X or GTX Titan). However, it will encounter a lot of multi-tasking so 16GB of RAM is preferred. I have tried to look up PC's with 16 Gb of RAM but they all have i7s which is definitly not needed. I know I could easily open it up and up the RAM but I'd rather not void the warrenty. Any suggestions?

I was looking at all in ones and the Dell was the most appealing...but one issue, i could get a 2560x1600 monitor at 30"s...the majority of them are 1080P
