Hello, long story short

My hdd laptop got bad sector and i plugged the hdd to my Windows 7 PC as a slave ( i think, the boot order is at the bottom) then i used HDD Regenerator to scan and repair my Laptop HDD because scanf didn't do anything, after that i plugged my hdd back to my Laptop, tried to turn it on and i got this INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE Blue Screen, it kept restarting and i got the same error again.
The other thread said if you go into Bios and custom / clean install Windows 10 with USB/CD, it might work but the problem is i can't even go into the bios mode.
I'm downloading Windows 10 to my USB right now, but honestly i don't know what to do next.
Does anyone have a solution?

thank you and sorry for my bad english.

Solution
There are many bad sectors on the drive. (around 4000, hex to decimal conversion)
You will need to replace the drive. Either RMA it if under warranty or get a new one.

Hi there Kyo_Saito,

You can attach the drive to your computer once again. After you do that, you can back up all the data stored on the drive. Then, you can test it with some of these: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
The SMART report will show us what is wrong with the drive. It would be nice to provide a screenshot.

Apart from that, while the drive is attached to your computer as a secondary one, you can re partition and reformat it. (so it gets blank) Once you do that, you can attach it back to your laptop and perform a clean OS installation.

Cheers,

Using HD Tune Pro : http://s1310.photobucket.com/user/Aditya_Riyanto/media/HD%20Tun%20SS_zpsmz7t7xwc.png.html
Using Crystal Disk Info: http://i1310.photobucket.com/albums/s641/Aditya_Riyanto/Crystal%20Disk%20SS_zpsxcsp2gmc.png

thank you for helping me ^^

1. On the page which says "restart" and "advanced options", click advanced options.
2. Troubleshoot
3. Advanced Options
4. Startup settings
5.Restart
6. Select option (4) Enable safe mode only
7. Reboot PC
Should work now.

I have the same problem. I can not even go to the advanced options, the laptop just kept restart, shutdown and restart endless. I held SHIFT or F4 keys and still cannot get the safe mode.
