Incoming call lag

So I have this issue with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (G935A AT&T) and currently having issue where if I get an incoming call, The ringtone would go off and my phone will vibrate, but It would take a while before I get the pop up. Anyone else having this issue and/or have a fix?

My S7 has been doing that after the last Android update at times, it would ring but not open the answer call window. Not doing it all the time but happened 2-3 times.
