incompatible programs with windows 10

I have had some issues with apple related incompatible programs on windows 10 which even including unable to install icloud drive, itool… on windows 10 pc home. Is this normal? How can I fix it, please? Thank you.

What error message do you get?
You are trying to install the Windows version, right?

Yes, I am installing the windows version. However, this is an error message "unable to create file / unable to install", and I did a program compatibility analysis and it turned out that it's not compatible with window 10. This is kind of weird.

Did you download the latest versions of the software? Did it say on the download site that it is Win 10 compatible? In other words, did you download an older version by mistake. Also, another thing to try after you've downloaded known good software is to install it as an administrator. Right click on the install file and select Run as Administrator.

Thank you for you reply. I am a detail oriented person so I checked exactly everything listed above. However, it didn't work.

Just one more thought. Are you using the newest version of iTunes? iCloud drive and itools uses other services/dll's/software that is part of the iTunes install.

I see. I believe this is the source of problem because I have not installed i tune on my PC. Thank you so very much.
I just downloaded itune6464setup and tried to install it. However, it appeared that it is still incompatible for some reason...

You sure youre using 64 bit Windows 10??

You maybe installing the wrong version of Itunes. Thats why its saying its not compatible

It is working now. I enabled administrator mode in windows 10 by using cmd and then I was able to install all of programs which were previously incompatible. Thank you all very much.

If you installed that it will its 32 bit.
