Hey there,
So around halloween this year I decided to upgrade a few computer parts (more for fun than anything). I upgraded my MOBO, CPU, and PSU. My old roommate and I swapped ram at one point prior to the new parts because for some odd reason my sticks worked in his computer and his worked in mine but my ram wouldn't work in my computer so as I bought new parts we swapped ram back assuming that was a MOBO issue. The computer worked for a couple days then froze while playing diablo 3. Then it began bluescreening at what seemed to be random times; idle, while gaming (sometimes a couple minutes in, an hour, or even multiple hours into it), low stress, medium stress, high stress, but never during bootup though - it has always fully booted up. So my friend and I swapped the ram again and that didn’t work and then he started having issues with my old ram so I gave back his and bought new ram for myself to use. The most common BSODs I see are whea_uncorrectable error, and dpc_watchdog_violation. Others that I’ve seen are irql_not_less_or_equal, system_service_exception_not_handled, unexpected_kernal_mode_trap, today for the first time I saw clock_watchdog_timeout, and kernel_security_check_error.

GPU - Nivida geforce GTX 1060 ti 6gb
MOBO - asrock H507M Pro (new)
HDD model - ST2000DM006-2DM164
SSD model - TEAM T253X2512G
RAM - CORSAIR - VENGEANCE LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 3600 (PC4-28800) C18 1.35V (new)
PSU - Corsair RMX Series, RM750x, 750 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular (new)
OS - windows 10
CPU cooler is just a basic cooler master fan
Mouse - logitech g604
Keyboard - razer blackwidow v2
Headset - razer kraken tournament edition with THX audio
Two monitors - a 144hz acer brand, 60hz asus brand (i can find specifics if needed)
Basic logitech speakers plugged into the green output hole
A CD/DVD player
Wacom drawing tablet (problems occurred before and after having this so don’t think its related)
Things I have done to troubleshoot so far - - -
Completely wiped every partition and reinstalled everything via windows 10 installation disk. Attempted to update drivers via device manage search automatic (everything claimed to be up to date). Reinstalled gpu drivers via nvidia geforce experience. Sfc scans show everything is okay. Dism checkhealth and restorehealth both say everything is okay. Windows memory diagnostic says 0 errors/issues. Intel processor diagnostic tool says everything is 100% okay and passed the tests. PC was cleaned with canned air when new parts got installed. I undid a few screws on my gpu to dust it better and to apply new thermal paste (didn’t change its temp at all - at full performance runs at 80-82C which people say is normal and okay) did this more for fun than anything.
Only issue I can seem that may or may not relate is a driver called HID compliant headset occasionally has a triangle next to it and says it had a code 10. Using event viewer I found that within 1-2 minutes of that driver stopping/THX service terminating (both headset related things) there was usually a BSOD after it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that seemed to temporarily fix it (at most a day or two) before a new triangle and BSODs. I’ve tried to just disable it but leave it installed which worked for like 5 days (one day I didn’t use cuz I worked). For reference a normal day for me usually consists of using my computer or at least having it on for 8-12 hours or so. Roughly half of that being idle/using chrome and discord and the other half or more is gaming.
Here’s the old minidump from a couple weeks ago which was before installation of windows: https://files.catbox.moe/w4epfm.zip
Here’s the new minidump from today and the past couple days: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1a940CsfN2bGQm2uWWBoc-74WJqz6sU_7?usp=sharing
Sorry they are different links. For whatever reason catbox isn’t working today. Also while attempting to make these links I got a BSOD saying something about service_exception I believe BUT below it there was a thing that said what failed: win32kbase.sys which is new (that minidump is in the link).
