Question Inconsistent CPU temps when enabling XMP!

I have a z270 sli motherboard that has XMP 2.0 feature and I have intel i7 7700k, i use a 3000 ddr4 ram 2 slots. When XMP is off i get between 55c to 60 under full load. But when XMP is enabled my cpu gets inconsistent temps in seconds like 55c then going 67c then going to 80c and goes back to 65c then 70c all in seconds. I watched benchmarks on YouTube with XMP on vs OFF and all the tests in the videos have stable temps. How do i fix it?

How do you measure the temperature and with which tool do you stresstest the CPU?

maybe your BIOS is not up to date? update it, might be a compatibility issue

i used 3d mark and i monitor using hwinfo
