Question Inconsistent frame rates + not performing at max capacity

Hello all



I recently built a new gaming PC and i am having troubles getting a consistent fps.. I've been searching online to try and figure out my problem but not having to much luck. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to make my build more stable

as well im having a hard time getting over 100fps on gtav with high/ultra settings which i dont understand why



my graphics card driver is up to date. Ive updated bios



My friend thinks it could be the processor but i didnt think it was that out of date already..

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

I believe the cpu tempt usually suits around 30-50c maybe 30-40c and the gpu sits around 40-60c
