Incorrect dram freq ASROCK X58 Extreme

Does this look ok for stock settings? I've been fooling around with this bios and it just does not allow me to change the multiplier to anything but 21. Can someone explain NB Frequency a little better to me?

800MHz = DDR3 1600, or if you want to be precise 798.2MHz = DDR3 1596.4 :)

Whichever way you look at it its all good.

As for NB freq, I read that in cpu-z thats how memory controller freq is listed, but cant vouch for that.
