Hey guys,

I installed some new RAM recently into my Lenovo H330. The RAM I installed was Kingston HyperX Beast 2400mhz 8GB. This all worked fine, however when I ran 'CPU-z' it showed that my RAM was only running at around 666mhz. http://gyazo.com/2da7930ba946146e4b90ed36d7a079b7

Can anyone help me fix this so that my RAM runs at the correct frequency of 2400mhz.
Thanks :)

Solution
The fastest that ram will run in that system is at ddr3 1333. DDR3 1333 will show as a runnimg 666 or sometimes 665 clock speeds which is normal for DDR(double data rate).
i can not see any problem in your picture ...you have 665,2 X 2 = 1330,4 mhz
your pc can only support 1333mhz ram ...so Kingston HyperX Beast 2400mhz is not compatible with your rig

8GB max
PC3-10600 1333MHz DDR3
non-parity,
dual-channel capable, two 240-pin DIMM sockets

can you give me the full model number ?
like lenovo h330 1159 ....
