Incorrect Ram Speed! Please Help

I have 1 DIMM of 8Gb 1600Mhz Ram, however in task manager it reports the RAM speed as 200Mhz, should I worry about this.

I wouldn't worry about it. Task manager seems to report whatever it wants to and sometimes isn't even consistent on reboots. You could post the memory section of CPU-Z real quick to check if you'd like. SPD reports the specs of the RAM rather than the currently applied ones.

ignore task manager go with what cpuz says--but look in memory tab not the spd tab

You're fine. 800 MHz memory clock corresponds to a RAM speed of 1600 MHz (due to the Double Data Rate of DDR memory).
