Ok so I'm pretty sure I turned off everything in the BIOS to remove any auto OCing that Ryzen typically does on my x370 Strix-f mobo. I personally don't like auto OC and I tested the CPU thoroughly to get it stable at 4.3ghz across all cores at 1.38125V in BIOS. I was pleased with this and haven't really had any issues. After gaming and general things today I took a look at my hwinfo64 sensors and noticed the screen shot below. It looks like the OC dropped 100mhz below what I have it set to, which I think is pretty normal, but the maximum says it went all the way up to 5.2ghz. I'm guessing my system probably had a hiccup and for that brief moment it read ghz OC completely wrong? My temps look fine. It rarely gets to the 80-81C shown and never goes above it. This is usually when I'm streaming and gaming at the same time. Should I be worried or is this normal?

If you don't see stuttering in games then it should be fine. I would be worried if the processor temperature goes beyond 90 degrees Celsius (the CPU's max temperature is 95 degrees Celsius according to an AMD website).
