Question Incorrect volt sensor reading on CPU?

Trying to learn overclocking, the idea is to set it to run at 3800mhz, 1.375v Core voltage and 1.1v SoC voltage. A few posts say any SoC voltage over 1.15 is dangerous.
On the picture above you see a Ryzen Master overclock, I also did the same in BIOS overclock and the SoC VDD voltage is exactly the same, even though I did set it to 1.1v, what's going on?

Better to describe it in words.
Which MB and CPU ?
Depending on CPU 3800MHz could be just underclock and depending on MB, manual OC may not be possible.
With Ryzen in most instances it's best just to limit auto voltages by negative offset and let it scale up and down as needed by load.
