Increase dedicated memory of Graphics Card (Or shift some memory from shared memory to dedicated memory)

I have a ATI Raedon HD 5450 Its total graphics is 2814 MB while its dedicated memory is 1024 MB and Shared Memory is 1790 MB I want to shift some MBs from Shared memory to deicated memory... Can I Do that?? If yes then pls help me out

The dedicated memory for that card is referring to what's soldered on the board and there's no way to change that.

What are you trying to use that card for, what are the full system specs? You are not really asking the right question.
