Increase Dedicated Video Ram Memory of a AMD Radeon 8400 / R3 Series?

Hello, I recently bought a laptop to play games it has 8Gb of Ram And 512Mb of Graphic Video Memory. i saw on internet that Graphic video memory can be increased and i somehow found out that i have a TOTAL Graphic video memory of 4GB. I would like to increase my Dedicated Graphic Video Memory cause i can't run most of the good games. (Sorry if my english was bad) And that BIOS thing doesn't work. Please Help me

Firstly, BIOS works but you may not know how to do it.
Secondly, it won't make the performance any better if you increase it. It will only be able to load more textures to the memory and maybe even reduce performace as it will take from the available RAM.
