Increase video card memory from 1gb to 2gb

Is it possible to increase the memory of my VC PowerColor TurboDuo 7790 OC. I want to play MGS Phantom Pain but it said that I dont meet the minimum requirement.

Specs:

AMD A-10 6800K
8Gb RAM (2x4)
PowerColor TurboDuo 7790 OC 1gb DDR5

The maximum is 1GB and you can not do anything about it. Even though the game requires 2GB of VRAM your gpu does not fall very far from the GPU that is required so you can still play it with minimum specs on low

YOur system will share some oof it's DRAM to help the GPU also
