You didn't provide info about your current module other than it runs at 533MHz and 4-4-4-12 timings. The SPD tab would be useful as it includes the part number. What is your PC or motherboard model? If you don't know, the Mainboard tab should help.

What module is currently installed and what motherboard do you have? Post the CPU-Z Mainboard and SPD tabs. All we know is that you have an E7300 on an old motherboard. We need to know the make and model number of the motherboard to make sure the Transcend module is compatible.
