I have recently bought a new gtx 1050 non-ti and paired it with 8 GB 1600 MHz ddr3 ram on a gigabyte ga 78lmt usb3 mobo. Now I want to increase the vram capacity from 2gb to at least 3gb by sharing the ram with the dedicated graphics card....and I don't know how to do it....so plz give me the instructions....thanks in advance...

You cannot use DRAM (system memory) to supplement your VRAM (in your GPU), they are not the same thing/interchangeable.

The only time you can utilize DRAM for graphics would be when using integrated graphics, and you can allocate some more resources to it.
