Increasing FPS by deleting old driver

i just upgraded from a radeon x600 to a brand new ATI Radeon HD4850 and i can't figure out how or where to delete my old x600 video driver to increase the performance of my new graphic card

Aside; there is a program called Driver Sweeper. Go ahead and use that.

Yes first download and install driver sweeper from here:
http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/
Then for a clean install,do this:
1_Go to Add/remove and delete the current driver and restart and go to safe mode
2_In safe mode,open driver sweeper,put a tick in ATI box and click on Clean,then restart
3_Boot normally and install the new driver
