Increasing my fps! ( BF3 )

Can anybody increase my fps or any tips, solution ?

I'm under the requirements, btw. But I just wanna reach 25 that's all.

I can run 10-20 but mostly 10-18

Anybody help ;c ?

I'm unable to overclock anyways

I have no option to overclock in the bios and also, I try to install some overclocking programs, I'm unable to do that..

But I have the Intel Turbo booster, which does basically nothing..
