Increasing SSD space

I Have an evo 850 256gb as my only hard drive and of course it filled up quick, I need more space and was thinking of getting another evo 850 256gb and just raid 0 them with a fresh install it would be the cheapest option, but would this be my best option ir should I search for a single 500gb evo or even 1tb evo I do play a lot of simulators and tycoon/transportation games

Easiest is to just add another drive and move some stuff over to it. Doesn't even have to be an SSD if all you want to do is install games to it, or use it for storage. Be fun to see how much performance is gained in RAID 0 with 2 SSD's though so if you go that route I'd love to see read/writes before and after.
