Question Incredibly Low RTX 2070 GPU Usage

Hi. I just recently upgraded to an ROG Strix RTX 2070, and I was playing Leauge of Legends at 1080p and was rarely above 100 FPS (at the "Medium-Low" preset) doing anything other than standing still (Spec-list is at the bottom).

I opened up MSI Afterburner and noticed my GPU Utilization was in the 30-50% range. While my CPU Utilization is at 100%. I experienced this low GPU utilization in BFV as well. My temps on GPU were high 70's at worst while I was playing.

This sounds to me like my CPU is the bottleneck, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know for sure. Any ideas?

• GPU: ROG Strix RTX 2070
• Mobo: Gigabyte AB350-Gaming
• Memory: (2x8GB) Vengeance LPX 3000 MHz
• Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 500GB SSD (both LoL and BFV were installed on this drive)
• PSU: Corsair CX 650M

Yeas, you current CPU might create some bottleneck if paired with the RTX 2070 GPU.
