Is upgrading from Windows 8 32-bit to Windows 8 64-bit affects the Index scoring? Because I think it does. When I tried re-installing to 64-bit, the processor and RAM scores went down. The only ones the remain the same is the HDD and Video card.

Thanks, but I just solved my problem accidentally. What I did was that I restored the processor/CPU something in the BIOS to "Default". And the scoring went up and now both my processor has the same score. I believe that when I changed from my old processor to the new one on my other computer, the motherboard's settings through BIOS probably remained to the previous settings of the old processor I think. But anyways, it solved it. :)
Is this a question or a statement of fact? Not even sure how you determined that since there is no easily accessible windows index experience application in windows 8.1 unless, of course, you haven't done the 8.1 update which is probably a very good idea to do.
