[India] Best monitor till 15000Rs (150-170$) above 22'' inch?

as i came to know that my current monitor doesn't support HDMI cable and i've recently bought al my parts for my new rig, just waiting for my pSU and RAM to come. i want to make best out of my graphics.
This is my rig
1. Intel Core i7-3770k Processor
2. Asus ATI RADEON 7950 HD 3GB DDR5 Graphics card
3. Asus P8Z77-V Motherboard
4. Corsair Vengeance 16GB @1600 Mhz DDR3 (2x8GB) RAM
5. 2TB seagate Barracuda (7200rpm) Hard Disk
6.Cooler Master HAF 912 combat with transparent acrylic side panel Cabinet
7. Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU
8. Asus CD/DVD-ROM.

The best and awesome monitor under 15k is Dell 2312HM Ultrasharp LED @rs 14500.

it is very good one.i strongly reccommend you to get it
