India - Where to buy GPU and PSU without pay 33% VAT/GST & Duty

I live in New York, but I'm planning on buying my friend in India a power supply and graphics card as a surprise gift. But while on NewEgg global, I learned that VAT/GST & Duty adds 33% to the cost. Is there another reputable online company to order these items from, that would have less imposed tax? Perhaps a company within India itself? I'd appreciate your recommendations. Thank you in advance.

You won't find EVGA and superflower PSUs anywhere in india, there after sales are very limited.

Seasonic and Antec have very good services in India.

You can try other techstores and shopping sites though.

I appreciate the recommendation, but Amazon seems to be limited to mostly Corsair and Seasonic. I honestly wouldn't mind a local Indian company, as long as they have a following, are reputable and have a great selection of computer components. For example, I find it strange that Amazon India doesn't even offer Super Flower (EVGA) branded PSU's.

Why is EVGA gpu not available in India? Buying from amazon.com costs 100$ more from the actual price.

EVGA GPUs are not available anywhere in INDIA to purchase,as they don't provide customer support all over the world, that's nothing new. Most of the manufacturers like to be limited, Rosewill is also a good example.

You shouldn't buy EVGA when there are equally good GPU makers whom has good customer service in INDIA like ASUS, GIGABYTE etc... get a card from either of them. They have a good customer service at almost every place.
