X1 is specially in the Indian market.(Also another cabinet is the V1). They're not, and won't be on PCPartPicker. The One is just a filler. You know a better one similar to the X1, let me know.
Thanks for pointing out the error. I'll fix it.
This tutorial is meant to be tight on budget. Mainly Indians consider this kind of budget for gaming, and i7 is not a requirement per se. Although processors' prices are not that inflated, it's still an additional 6000. Another thing I feel is I'd have to include a 780Ti to match the i7, which is twice(actually a little more) the price of the 770. The price of the PC will easily increase by another 30-35 grand.
Personally if you ask me, a watercooled CPU is a given in these kind of rigs, but I stuck with the 212 evo for this same reason.

I was doubting whether Tomshardware.com was a right place to write such a tutorial for Indian users.
That's natural, but there are a fair number of Indian users on the forums as well. The real sad thing is the people here don't usually build their own PC's, so vendors take advantage of this. So if there is a good PC for 28k, why not? I bought quite a outdated PC in that price. Too bad I couldn't fit a graphics card and a better PSU in there.
I know, the 660 is better, but did you read this post?
I've changed the card in the mid-end 55k build to a Geforce GTX 750Ti, for three reasons:
1. The 660 was SLI capable, and the SLI feature is of no use in the given motherboard. It is assumed that the user is not upgrading the motherboard soon, if at all, and certainly not before the graphics card.
2. The budget was exceeded by around Rs 300, and the 750Ti is cheaper, so now it's around 53000.
3. The 750 Ti is much newer than the 660. It has the Maxwell architecture, which is much more energy efficient than the Kepler of the 660.
I'm currently working on the high-end build, however there's a chance it'll be a INR 100,000 build instead of an 80,000 build, as the latter would just result in a beefed-up version of the 55k build with almost no new features.
