[SOLVED] Inexpensive Graphics Card

Running Windows 10 with an LG monitor that can support up to 4k. Really just looking to output at around 2500. Something under $100.

Even a GT1030...which is very weak is over $100.

What interface do you need to use?

Barring that, a GT 710 or 730 is probably your best bet. You can also find GT 1030's for around $100 if you're patient enough.

Under $100?
The base price of a GT 710 is $50, although due to the stupid cryptomining trend, they're inflated to about $80 right now.

It's not terribly powerful, but it can handle KSP on the lowest graphics.

I run a LG 4k monitor via displayport at 4k/60hz using a evga GTX750ti.
They currently sell for $70 to $100 on ebay.

2500 BungholioMarks isn't really all that fast nowadays. After all there was a card from 22 years ago that could do 425 BungholioMarks, and technology advanced rapidly after that.
