I'm looking for some sort of an inexpensive device, preferably small, which attaches to my home internet connection (wired and/or wireless is fine, either way or both). I have powered speakers I can attach to it.

Basically, I just need an cheap device that connects to the internet so I can listen to Tunein content.

Any ideas?

Solution
If your speakers have a Bluetooth device, I would suggest a mobile phone or a tablet. However, both of those only accept the miniature audio plug. What size is the connector on your speakers?
Thanks. I think a 7" tablet is the solution. I found a RCA Voyager 7" 16GB Tablet Android 6.0 on sale for $29.98. https://www.walmart.com/ip/RCA-Voyager-7-16GB-Tablet-Android-6-0-Marshmallow/53990885

I can port out the headphone to my powered stereo speakers using an adapter which I already have from my DJ days and this will synch with TuneIn and other app open and browser based internet radio options in a number of ways. Mission accomplished (I hope!).

Update: The two best Internet radio/audio library services I've found are TuneIn and Pandora.

Here's a good review of the top five: https://lifehacker.com/5917063/five-best-internet-radio-services

They are different so you'll need to match your requirements to each of these services and find the one or two that meets those requirements. I ended up needing two. Pandora is the best for music imo but TuneIn also gave me an enormous library of audiobooks (and are well known for their comprehensive sports channels too).
