Hi,
I recently bought a gaming pc which is battlefield 4 ready and planing to buy it in a week or so but when i started playing quite demanding games like skyrim, bioshock infinite or crysis 3 on everything maxed out (which is possible with my specs) most of the time the gameplay is smooth but then drops for 20-30 fps and then go back to normal. It happens randomly even in areas of the games which are not graphically intense and it drops all of a sudden.
I have tried many things to fix it like increasing my power limit to +20 and such and nothing is working. Gpu temp seem to be normal running around 40-55.
I'm thinking that it might be a bottleneck but i have a quad core processor so maybe...
Here are my specs:
processor: intel core i5 3470 3.2ghz (stock cooler)
Gpu: sapphire hd 7950 with boost( 3gb gddr5)
Ram: 8gb(kingston)
My specs seems to be quite high and i expected better performance. If someone can help me out that would be great.
