Windows XP Professional SP2,SP3. For both the flavors same issues is coming.

Is this being installed from a genuine XP CD? If so, try cleaning it with a dab of toothpaste and a gentle wipe over with a piece of soft cloth - NOT wood-based kitchen paper. If it isn't a genuine CD we can't help you further.

No. it is an .ISO file. i made a bootable USB with the help of UltraISO. Now i am trying to install the OS.

The trick is to buy a legitimate copy but as XP is losing Microsoft's support next April, you may as well make it a Windows 7 version.

copy txtsetup.sif from I386 and paste in flash , next rename I386 to $WIN_NT$.~BT .Worcked 100%.
