Dear all,

I hope you are doing well.

I plugged an infected usb key (from a colleague) into my laptop.

Now, every time I plug an usb key, the below files appear.

DCIM.ink
New folder.ink
Photofamily.ink
System volume information.ink
Video.ink.

Could you please help me desinfect my computer and the three sub key that have got contamined.

Thank you in advance.

Remy,

a pass each with both Malwarebytes Antimalware and Hitman Pro is normally a good starting point, as generally, allowing them to remove what is found/identified is normally quite safe...(some run each more than once to verify no respawning of tasks/files is occurring...)

Do you have any viable restore points you could role back to prior to the infection?
