Unfortunately my laptop has started giving me blue screens. Shortly before it does so my antivirus tells me that it has blocked run32dll beacuse of a malicious URL. Then I shuts down I believe beacuse it can't acess it. Currently I'm having pc health advisor scan in safe mode.
Is there anything else I should do?
Edit: I just found out that I have to pay for pc health advisor is there anything I can do this really is annoying and my laptops barely a year old

Download, install and update malwarebytes (from www.malwarebytes.org, just get the free edition). Run a full scan. Delete everything it finds. Should fix the problem. Good luck!
