Infininte Repair Screen Help

Hey my desktop started acting weird today. Have a HP Pavillion slimline s5-1126. WHen i turned it on it went into it started up. Went to a black screen and into Repair mode. It rain for 7 hours powered down and turned it back on CHDSK started running and Replacing Invalid Security ID with Default Security ID
and that has been going for awhile. Now i am thinking it is time for a fresh install. But i don't have a repair disk. Can someone point me to where i can find one?

HP would have to provide the disk.

Hmm forgot to mention it was originally windows 7. But when i brought it was upgraded to windows 8.1.
