[SOLVED] Infinite Application Data folder, can i delete it?

Also I am stuck at 1909 build.Previously i was getting 0x800704c7 error after doing some fixing find on internet now i am getting 0x80070652 error.
It's really frustrating every month or then i have to wait for windows 10 automatically download the creator update then i have to delete the whole file like 20gb something.

Why or what is the reason for being "stuck" on 1909 build?

The errors codes indicate damaged or corrupted files.

Try "sfc /scannow" anfd "dism" to fix and repair.

Two options I think:

1) If there are no specific problems then leave well enough alone.

2) Clean Windows install.

In any case, be sure to have all important data backed up at least 2 x and to other devices.

Late note: The path name (?) shown in Screenshot1 is not at all what would be expected.

Just reading the link makes me all the more convinced that the Application Folder should just be left alone.

The fact that you have a recursing "Application data" link inside the "Application data" folder points to serious file system issues. Your only recourse here is to immediately backup all important files then wipe the drive and start with a fresh installation of Windows and all applications. Then and only then put your data back.

What you're not supposed to get access to is:
C:Users\username\Application Data
or
C:/Documents and Settings/
If you try you get "Access Denied" and if you take ownership to get access then you get the replicating folder problem.

You can fix that with:

Download Junction Box from SourceForge.net
Restore default W10 junctions after backing up existing junctions.

My problem was fixed by using MS media creation tool upgrade. I don't have to do clean os install.

It's your system so do as you wish. However, using wonky fixes from the internet still leaves things in an unknown state. Good luck with that.

windows update get it back to it's normal state. I don't have to use any "wonky fixes".

So basically the OP did a reinstall using the windows media creation tool
